UK Return Policy UK

Footwear, apparel and gear that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund excluding original shipping cost where applicable, or 1-time exchange. TRUE will provide a 1-time free prepaid return label for original orders valued over £100. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping and cost for original orders below this value. If an item is worn, a £25 fee will apply per our 30 Day Trial.

Ireland and European

New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or exchange. However, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping and cost and in the case of exchanges the additional shipping cost of the replacement item to them.

UK Return Policy

Footwear, apparel and gear orders over £100 that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of placement of order for a full refund or 1-time exchange. TRUE will provide a prepaid return label for your original return

For orders below £100 the customer is responsible for the arrangement and cost of the return and these should be sent to:

TRUE linkswear UK Returns, The Pro-Shop Drift Golf Club, East Horsley, Surrey KT24 5HD.

In both instances the customer must advise TRUE linkswear UK before processing their return providing the below requested information and link.

Any signs of wear, included but not limited to discoloured soles, marks on fabric, or other indications of use, may result in the rejection of the return or may be subject to a £25 fee being applied under our per our 30 Day Trial programme.

Ireland and European

New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of placement of order for a full refund however the customer is responsible for return shipping and costs.

If you need to return something you've purchased, whether it's not the right size, you're not digging the style or there's a warranty issue we need to address, please email us using the link below, stating the following:

UK Orders

If you put your TRUEs to the test (wear them outside) and determine they are not ideal within the first 30 days, you can set up a one-time courtesy return or exchange here. A £25 fee will apply. You can utilise the 30 Day Trial once per calendar year. Applies to UK orders only.

Ireland and European Orders

We do not currently offer a 30 day trial for Ireland and European orders.

Defect Warranty Policy

Mistakes happen and we’ll work quickly to resolve them.

All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 90 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion.

If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUE's, send us an email with pictures and a brief description of the issue or chat with us during office hours.

We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please have your original proof of purchase and photo of item handy.
Waterproof Warranty Policy

Some TRUE's are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from purchase date) depending on the model.

This warranty excludes situations where the product's waterproofing failure is attributed to insufficient aftercare. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, improper cleaning, treatment, or drying methods suitable for the product and its materials.

If at any time within that window your pair does not keep the elements away due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace them one (1) time with the same or equivalent pair.

If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner. Store credit may be issued per your original purchase value if necessary.

Submit your claim by emailing us at the link below. Please provide an explanation of the issue, photo of the pair, and proof of the original purchase handy. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty.

Should your pair qualify, we may request you to send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

Please note that warranties may be void if purchased second-hand, outside of truelinkswear.uk, or from unauthorized retail partners.

Where is my refund?

TRUE processes refunds within 5-10 business days of your return being received and inspected at TRUE HQ. If returning for store credit, the credit will be issued and sent via email as soon as the return shipment receives its first carrier scan.
