Orders shipping Ireland and Europe will be calculated at checkout, price when added to cart may include currency conversion, shipping, taxes and duties.
30 Day Trial
UK Orders
If you put your TRUEs to the test (wear them outside) and determine they are not ideal within the first 30 days, you can set up a one-time courtesy return or exchange here. A £15 fee will apply. You can utilise the 30 Day Trial once per calendar year. Applies to UK orders only.
Ireland and European Orders
We do not currently offer a 30 day trial for Ireland and European orders.
Returns
UK Return Policy
Footwear, apparel and gear that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or 1-time exchange. TRUE will provide a prepaid DPD ship label for your original return. If an item is worn, a £15 fee will apply per our 30 Day Trial.
Ireland and European
New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund however the customer is responsible for return shipping.
