Returns

First things first - we want you to love your new gear. If you don't, we keep things pretty simple.

If you need to return something you've purchased, whether it's not the right size, you're not digging the style or there's a warranty issue we need to address, our online returns process is quick and stress free. (Last Chance models are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.)

  • UK Return Policy

    Ensure the proper fit within 30 days.

    Please try on your items to ensure size and fit before removing any tags or wearing/washing. If something is not quite right, we are here with options to help within 30 days of receipt. Please note, we do not offer returns and exchanges for items purchased from the Last Chance Collection - these are subject to our Final Sale terms and conditions.

    Free Exchange

    Need a new size or colour? Rest easy, as new and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear (excluding Last Chance footwear, gloves and hats) can be exchanged for free, once within 30 days. Limited to 1 free exchange for size or colour per order.

    Free Return for Store Credit

    Want something different? New and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear can be returned for full store credit (digital gift card) for free. Once store credit is issued, it is not refundable to the original payment method.

    Refunds

    Just want a refund? New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund back to the original payment method. A £10 restocking fee will be withheld for each item returned for all refunds.

    We will provide ONE free return shipping label per order. Shipping costs for subsequent returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer.
